Your first weeks at Glamorgan

During your first weeks at Glamorgan you will be getting used to lots of new things. If you want to see a friendly face or have any questions, just get in touch with the Chaplaincy. We will be glad to do our best to help.

Services

During term-time we celebrate Holy Communion on Tuesdays in the Chaplaincy Room on the Glyntaff campus and on Wednesdays in the Chaplaincy Centre on the Treforest campus.

Roman Catholic Mass is on Tuesdays in the Chaplaincy Centre on the Treforest campus and on Thursdays in the Chaplaincy Room on the Glyntaff campus.

If you come to the Wednesday Communion, you are welcome to bring your lunch and stay for a chat.

All of the above services start at 12.15pm.

Chewsdays

Pop into Castle Square (by the Pink Shop and Treforest train station) every Tuesday during term-time for an affordable and tasty lunch. Meet other students and members of the local community.

Looking for a Place of Worship?

The 2010 Student Welcome Service takes place at 6.00 p.m. on Sunday 26th September at St Dyfrig’s Church Hall (near Domino’s Pizza) in Treforest. At this service, representatives of many local churches from different Christian traditions will be present to greet you. Our website will give you directions to these and many more places of worship.
